It's 3 a.m. And I'm waiting for a cake to bake and I also have to be up by 4. Obviously there's a flaw in this plan. Tomorrow is the big day. Will have to deliver the wedding cake we've been worrying about all week.

I'm glad it's almost over. This cake has been challenging. From the flowers, to the birds, to the cake itself. Hopefully it will be well received tomorrow.
