Balik kampung

I was looking for my blogger widget but couldn't find it. For a moment there, I thought it had been deleted and that I had to blog from the website.

Good thing I spotted it.

I'm in Johor right now. I'm in my room on my bed, too lazy to get up. The curtains are drawn and the air condition is turned on. It doesn't feel like midday in here. Which explains my laziness.

I did go down and have some milk and my supplements at 10 though. So you can't say I'm neglecting the parasite.

The parasite is top priority in my books.

Will be going back to Shah Alam tomorrow. Will meet the husband at our rendezvous spot, which is KL Sentral. He'll be arriving at around 9-ish from KLIA.

I meant to blog sooner but my laziness got the better of me.

Nothing new to report, except that I've been eating a lot. Also got my durian fix since my dad bought some along the road on our way back to JB last Monday. Local durian is just so much yummier than the imported ones.

Went to Nilai 3 on Sunday after dropping the husband off at KLIA. All I can say about that place is that it's HOT! I was feeling annoyed, and tired, and sticky all at the same time.

My feet were aching by the end of it all and all I wanted to do was sit down. I had to follow my mother from shop to shop to look at what they were selling. Most shops sold the same type of material. I think it's safe to say that all material shops there had the same type of material in them. The only difference was maybe the prices they were being sold at.

I wouldn't go there again.

We left Nilai around 6 and arrived Malacca at 9. The plan was to go back to JB that same day, but since we arrived Malacca so late, we decided to leave on Monday instead.

I haven't left the house since I stepped foot in it on Monday afternoon.

I'm not under house arrest. Just don't have anywhere to go.

Will be going for my next 2 week visit to the doctors next week. It's like I'm living my life 2 weeks at a time. Inching closer to the day the parasite leaves my womb and enters this world.

Did I mention that the carseat we bought doesn't fit the backseat because the seatbelt is too short? Yup. It can't be placed at the back. Which is rather annoying and stupid if you ask me. We tried replacing the backseat seatbelt with the front seatbelt only to find out AFTER we had put everything back together that the buckles weren't the same.

We had to pull everything apart again, and replace it back to its original position. Darn. So the carseat will be in the front seat till the baby is about 4 months old and can sit front facing.

The stroller we bought can't fit in the boot. It's too long. The Kancil is definitely not a car for transporting babies and all the things that come with it.

So the stroller will have to sit at the leg space of the backseat, with me. That means, I am now void of any leg space. oh well.

All for the parasite.

I did suggest to the husband that we get a U-haul. Hehe.

Well, time to get up.
