Unfortunate event

My MIL's bag got snatched. I don't know the details yet. My sister-in-law (SIL) called to inform me about the event and to call Maxis to suspend the number for the time being. It's unfortunate that my MIL's bag got snatched. These are the kind of things you'd never think would happen to you or someone you know, but it did. I hope my MIL's doing well emotionally.
