Insomnia

I can't sleep. I don't know why. I've tried, but failed. So here I am again, a reason to blog. Seems like I blog a lot when I can't sleep. Oh well.. might as well, since it's been a while since my last update. I have loads of photos from the CNY weekend, but 2/3 of it isn't with me. I'll probably be able to post them up in about 2 weeks time.

Didn't do much this weekend. I finally cooked chicken rice by myself. The chicken was abit over cooked, and the rice could use a little less salt, but all in all, I think it was a success. The chicken, despite being overcooked, was quite yummy. Thanks to the seasoning. Haha.. Good think I had the recipe in my PDA. ;)

Too bad mama and ayah wasn't around to sample it. They went back to Kedah on Friday to send tok wan back. He was feeling better so he wanted to go back. Oh, tok wan just got back from Mekkah, doing his Hajj. He was suppose to go back the next day by air, but he was too tired so he decided to stay in Shah Alam a couple of days.

Went to watch a movie with Aznin on Saturday morning after sending Rahim to KDU. Watched racing stripes and TGV, Bukit Raja. There was only 5 people in the cinema. How pathetic is that? I guess not many people know about the movie. How unfortunate. It was a nice movie. It's the kind of movie you'd take your whole family to. Aznin and I enjoyed it a lot. I especially like the flies. Hehe..

After the movie, we walked around Bukit Raja a while. Saw race tins on sale. Bought 2. I know it's kind of childish but it is really fun. Racing your car around, building obstable courses for it to go through. Afiq enjoys it too. He likes chasing the cars around. After buying the race tin, we went to Dave's for lunch. I had saltin boca while Aznin had chicken. I can't remember what it's called. Some fancy name that I can remember. All I know is that it was indeed chicken.

After lunch we went home. Played with the cars a while. For dinner, Aznin had a sandwich, while I had Maggi Asam Laksa. It's been a while since I had maggi. Aznin didn't complain about it, so okay la. We weren't that hungry anyway.

Didn't do much today. Pretty slow day. Did play with the cars again today evening. Had lots of pisang goreng for tea. Skipped dinner, all of us. Watch Harold and Kumar, funny, and weird. Aznin is asleep I'm not. No surprise that. I am however yawning much more right now, so maybe it's time for me to retire. I shall try.
